Bibles for the Children

Join us for Bible Sunday September 8th
Isaiah 40:8 The grass withers, the flowers fades; but the word of our God will stand forever.

Please plan to attend worship on Sunday, September 8th to present your child with their copy of
scripture. During the service, the Pastor will call up the families with a child receiving a bible and
either one or both parents can present their child with their bible.
Kindergarten and First grade
Spark Story Bible
4th grade
Action Bible
6th grade
Spark Study Bible
7th – 9th grade (who have not yet received the Bible for confirmation study) Spark Study Bible
These Bibles are a gift from the people of Zion Lutheran Church.

We would be grateful if you would let the office know if you will be in attendance that Sunday.
*For families receiving the Spark Story Bible or Action Bible…if your family has several of the same bible at home
and you don’t feel your child needs a new one, you may either donate the one your child receives that day back to the
church or bring the one you have from home to present to your child.
